If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
    Additionally, prices for items may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. The price of an item excludes GST (or similar sales tax) and freight, the same will be added during the checkout based on the distance, at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller. Please note that the prices listed on the website are only applicable for items purchased on the website and not through any other source.

    Payment

    Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre- authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.     Delivery

    You will be given various options for delivery of items during the order process. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels and stickers.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at  to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address given to you based on your location.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. But with out Insured FREE shipping it usually arrives anywhere between 7 - 20 Days.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 working days.
